Taken at about 4:45 am. I have just arrived on the National Mall on Inaguration Day. I spent the next 8 hours in this spot. You can see the Capitol building lit up in the background.

A tunnel that is part of the 395 highway. This tunnel goes underneath Pennsylvania Ave (the Parade Route). This road was closed to vehicle traffic and was the only way to cross the Parade Route. Where all da people at?
